The night itself was pretty surreal. Getting ready in a hotel robe with GLOW tucked in my pocket, pulling on my boots, heading into a room full of founders and creative directors and beauty editors - people I've admired and followed for years. To be recognised alongside brands like that, at only 18 months in, is something I don't take lightly.
