At BONNIE, we know timing is everything — especially when you’re waiting on glow. Here’s the lowdown on how we get your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time:
All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a dispatch email with your tracking link once it’s on the way.

Estimated Delivery Times:

NZ – All orders are sent on an overnight delivery when placed before 12pm on weekdays.

AUSTRALIA – Arrives in 4–5 business days.

UK – Arrives in up to 5 business days. 

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location.

A Note on Delays:
Once your order leaves us, it’s in the carrier’s hands and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays, but you can contact the courier directly with your tracking info if something’s not right or reach out to our team for help - hello@bonnieskin.com
