Last week, we did something a little different and invited 100 glowing faces from our BONNIE Community to a private premiere weekend screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2.
What started as a simple idea quickly became one of those evenings that reminded us exactly why community sits at the centre of everything we do. There was BONNIE popcorn (of course), little goodie bags waiting on seats.
Fashion Has Always Been Part of BONNIE
It sits behind the way we think about colour, skin, confidence, campaigns, and the feeling we want people to experience when they interact with the brand.
From campaign references to styling, textures, film, beauty, and storytelling... so much of BONNIE has always been inspired by the worlds of fashion and culture around us. So when The Devil Wears Prada 2 was announced, it instantly felt like the perfect excuse to create something around it. Just something fun, elevated, and community-led.
One of the most rewarding parts of building BONNIE has been watching the community grow into something so warm, supportive, and genuinely engaged. Events like this are a reminder that behind every order, message, tagged photo, or DM is a real person choosing to support our new but growing New Zealand brand. And that never feels lost on us. Creating moments where people can step into the BONNIE world in real life will always be something we want to continue doing more of.
